What services does Balfour provide?
Balfour provides eight service lines: manpower supply, heavy equipment rental, industrial material supply, scaffolding supply, civil works, generator hire, portable cabin solutions, and fabrication works. All eight can be delivered under a single contract.
Where is Balfour located and which areas do you cover?
Our head office and yard are in Al Jubail 35514, Eastern Province. We serve Jubail, Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran and Ras Al Khair on same-day or next-day mobilisation, and deliver to Riyadh, Jeddah, Yanbu, NEOM, the Red Sea Project, Qiddiya, Turaif and the rest of the Kingdom as planned deployments.
Can you supply manpower for a shutdown or turnaround?
Yes. Shutdown and turnaround support is one of our core scopes. We supply trade-tested welders, fitters, scaffolders, QA/QC inspectors, safety officers and fire watch on a crew-wise basis, documented and safety-inducted before mobilisation.
Do you rent equipment with operators?
Both. Equipment is available bare or fully operated. Operated hire includes qualified, safety-trained operators, and all lifting equipment is supplied with valid third-party certification.
What is the minimum hire period for equipment or generators?
We hire daily, monthly and long-term. Short-notice daily hire suits shutdown peaks; long-term contracts are priced to reflect the duration and include planned servicing for the whole period.
How quickly can you mobilise to my site?
Within the Eastern Province, crews and plant are typically on site the same day a purchase order is confirmed. Riyadh and giga-project sites mobilise on a planned schedule with accommodation and plant deployed together.
Can Balfour supply accommodation and power for a remote site?
Yes. For remote work fronts we combine accommodation, welfare and washroom cabins with standby generators, distribution boards, bunded fuel tanks and fuel logistics, so the site is self-sufficient from day one.
